Job summary

Facilities Management Intrapreneur Ltd seeks a Project Supervisor to lead on-site supervision of M&E refurbishment projects across national sites. You will ensure on-time delivery, safety compliance, and strong subcontractor coordination while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires mechanical or electrical qualification, SMSTS, First Aid, and CDM/IOSH/Nebosh competence, with MS Office proficiency and a focus on risk management and cost control.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical qualification required.
• Five Day SMSTS Training.
• First Aid.
• Fully conversant in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• CDM Training.
• IOSH Safety Training.
• Nebosh Safety Training.
• CSCS Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite management and supervision of client-site projects.
• Deliver projects on time and to required H&S standards.
• Identify, reduce and manage project risks.
• Ensure compliance with company project management policies.
• Maintain healthy and safe working conditions and CDM compliance.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support PMs/HoPs to develop projects and teamwork.
• Assist in delivering within budget to maximise profit.
