Job summary

Datacom is seeking a motivated graduate to join our Data Centre team as an Account Coordinator. You will support customers throughout their journey, coordinating requests and helping ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing service experience.

You’ll learn about customer relationships, commercial operations, and technology services by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders across Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• No prior data centre experience required; curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Proactive with strong communication and teamwork.
• Interest in customer experience, contracts, and commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer requests and ensure follow-through.
• Monitor shared inboxes and prioritise inquiries.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Support portal administration and account maintenance.
• Assist with reporting, contract renewals, and pricing reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Support compliance, security, and health and safety requirements.
