Responsibilities

• Deliver polite, professional, and timely customer support with first-time resolution.
• Communicate clearly and maintain accurate case notes.
• Escalate feedback or complaints to the Team Leader when required.
• Build and maintain knowledge of Smartly's software and related products.
• Use Knowledge Base and internal resources to find answers and update information.
• Manage availability and status in contact centre systems per roster.
• Work with internal teams and third parties to ensure timely outcomes.
• Participate in training and coaching, sharing service improvements.
• Follow privacy, company, and health and safety policies.
