Job summary

Stantec’s Auckland office seeks a Graduate Civil Engineer to work on projects that deliver safe drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater services. You will refine your engineering skills from feasibility to construction and gain exposure to design work.

You’ll be mentored to progress toward Engineering New Zealand accreditation within a two-year graduate development programme, with a NZD74,000 base salary and flexible work options, plus insurance and global networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Civil Engineering degree (honours) or equivalent.
• Motivated, pragmatic and eager to learn across disciplines.
• Strong interest in water engineering and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Work across the project lifecycle from concept to design and construction monitoring (onsite).
• Gain exposure to project management and client management.
• Collaborate with national and international industry experts on 3 waters projects.
