Stantec's Auckland office invites new graduates to join our 2027-2028 Graduate Programme in Civil Engineering, focusing on safe and sustainable 3 waters projects.

You’ll work on design through to construction, gain exposure to site monitoring, and be mentored to achieve Engineering New Zealand accreditation while enjoying a supportive, flexible work environment and strong benefits in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or due to finish by Dec 2027
• Interest in water engineering and sustainable 3 waters projects
• Demonstrated leadership and collaborative mindset
• Eligible to work in New Zealand with valid visa or work rights

Responsibilities

• Work across project lifecycle from concept to construction (onsite)
• Assist with design through construction documentation
• Use CAD/Civil3D to develop designs and drawings
• Attend workshops and training for career development
• Develop risk registers, quantities schedules, and project documentation
