Stantec’s Water team in New Zealand invites new graduates to join a 2-year Graduate Programme focusing on delivering safe drinking water and sanitation projects. You will work on iconic water infrastructure across New Zealand and internationally, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

The role offers exposure to multidisciplinary teams, opportunities to develop Engineering NZ accreditation, and flexible work arrangements to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (hon) or similar.
• Motivated and eager to learn across disciplines.
• Strong interest in water engineering.
• Demonstrated personal leadership qualities.

Responsabilités

• Work over the entire project lifecycle from optioneering to construction monitoring.
• Gain exposure to project and programme management as well as client management.
• Collaborate with in-house national and international industry experts.
