Stantec in Auckland is inviting recent graduates to join its 2027-2028 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Civil Engineer. You will contribute to designing and delivering projects that manage 3 waters safely and sustainably, from feasibility to construction, while gaining exposure to client management and professional accreditation processes.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (hon) or equivalent.
• Motivated, pragmatic, and eager to learn across various disciplines.
• Strong interest in water engineering.
• Demonstrated personal leadership qualities and thrive in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Work across the entire project lifecycle from concept to construction monitoring (onsite).
• Gain exposure to project management and client management.
• Join a large, nurturing, and diverse team that works on local, national and international projects.
• Collaborate with and learn from national and international industry experts.
• Attend workshops, training, and career development opportunities.
• Develop design work using CAD/Civil3D and assist with drawings.
