Job summary

Stantec’s 2027-2028 Graduate Programme in Auckland offers a structured pathway for a recent Civil Engineering graduate to develop skills across 3 waters safety and sustainability. You’ll work on delivering clean water, wastewater, and flood risk projects with mentoring and real project exposure.

Qualifications

Recent graduate with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (hon) or equivalent.
Motivated, pragmatic, and eager to learn across various disciplines.
Strong interest in water engineering.
Demonstrated personal leadership qualities and thrive in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

Work across the entire project lifecycle, from concept to design and construction monitoring (onsite).
Gain exposure to project management and client management.
Join a large, nurturing, and diverse team that works on local, national and international projects.
Collaborate with and learn from national and international industry experts.
