Sky New Zealand is seeking a curious Audience Insights and Performance Analyst to help turn media, customer and advertising data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work with the RDI team to support reporting and storytelling that informs decisions across the business.

From any discipline, you’ll learn on the job, exploring behaviour, preparing reports and simple visualisations, and communicating findings to stakeholders to guide everyday choices.

Qualifikationen

• No prior experience required; graduate welcome.
• Strong curiosity with data, insights and media.
• Willingness to learn tools and storytelling with data.
• Attention to detail and ability to explain findings clearly.
• Exposure to SQL, Python or R is a bonus, not required.

• Explore media, customer and advertising performance data to identify patterns and insights.
• Prepare accurate reports, presentations and simple visualisations.
• Dig deeper to understand the why behind performance.
• Support research and performance reporting projects for audiences and advertisers.
• Explain findings in straightforward language for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to improve recurring workflows.
