Job summary

Westpac New Zealand Ltd. seeks a data-savvy recent graduate or student to join the Digital Channels team. You will analyse data, assist with reporting, and support UX wireframes and A/B testing. You will collaborate with stakeholders on strategic initiatives, roadmapping, and optimisation of digital channels.

You will contribute to business cases, user journeys and content alignment, while learning regulatory and governance aspects of digital delivery in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final year student in a relevant field (e.g. business, IT, analytics, digital, marketing).
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in digital channels and customer experiences.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and assist with reporting to track digital performance against key metrics.
• Support the development of business cases and UX wireframes; conduct A/B tests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and contribute to roadmapping and strategy.Support change management activities for digital releases and assist with testing when required.
