Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on technical project management experience in cross-functional teams and software development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead an international system integration team through the phase gate process (T5).
• Coordinate work breakdown, estimation, and resource planning to maintain master schedules.
• Manage resources, team dynamics, and change control to meet time and cost targets.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and report insights to leadership and product teams.
• Advance adherence to the T5 process across product teams.
