Job summary

Terra Industrial New Zealand Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Terra Cat Power Systems projects in Auckland, overseeing delivery from planning through handover. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction on technically complex power projects, including data-centre scale infrastructure.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience delivering projects for customers.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial awareness.
• Excellent planning, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Current full driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, milestones and delivery methods with customers.
• Coordinate equipment, suppliers, contractors and internal resources.
• Manage procurement, installation, commissioning and handover.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, variations and project risks.
• Prepare forecasts and progress and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and systems.
• Manage project profitability and identify opportunities to improve margins.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
