Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a small software team through goal setting, career planning, and performance management.
• Provide technical leadership and remove blockers to facilitate the development of embedded Linux and web-based applications using C++, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Drive continuous improvements in software development processes by collaborating across geographically dispersed CTCT sites.
• Prioritize and allocate tasks effectively to ensure efficient delivery of software features for earthmoving and paving solutions.
