Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Project Coordinator to support international construction initiatives. You will manage documentation, timelines, and communications across time zones from your own location, enabling smooth project execution.

Work with cloud-based systems and project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, Slack, Teams, Zoom) to track progress, prepare status reports, and coordinate travel when needed. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in construction/engineering.
• Proven ability to work across multiple tasks and time zones remotely.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
