Job summary

Halter is seeking a Global People Operations Specialist to drive immigration, mobility and right-to-work compliance across markets. You’ll enable rapid, compliant hiring and deployment of talent globally.

Working with the People Strategy & Delivery Lead, you’ll own end-to-end immigration case delivery, vendor relationships, and internal mobility logistics, while keeping rigorous documentation and high integrity at the core of every decision.

Qualifications

• Legal background or law degree required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, detail-heavy, operational role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and pressure.
• Strong documentation discipline and record-keeping.
• High integrity and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end immigration and visa case delivery globally.
• Maintain right-to-work compliance and broader employment policy.
• Manage relationships with immigration and legal vendors across markets.
