Job summary

EROAD is seeking a People Experience Partner on a fixed term contract to own enterprise-wide people programmes and employee experience initiatives across New Zealand, Australia and North America. The role blends HR generalist skills with programme delivery, culture and capability development.

You will work across the business to design, deliver and measure people programmes, using technology to improve ways of working while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement and improve people processes or programmes.
• Experience using people data to identify trends and measure programme effectiveness.
• Experience leading dispersed or virtual teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the employee experience platform from design through to continuous improvement.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Run key people programmes including performance, development, engagement and remuneration reviews.
• Lead employee engagement surveys and translate insights into action.
• Develop internal communications and recognition programmes across a dispersed global workforce.
• Partner with People Operations, Business Partners and leaders to embed programmes.
• Lead dispersed project teams and ensure accountability for outcomes.
• Use people data to inform decisions and measure impact of programmes.
