EY is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager to lead the Oceania ER Team during a 12-month parental leave cover. This hybrid role can be performed from EY offices across Australia or New Zealand, with potential flexible hours.

You will drive operational excellence, oversee case allocations, and lead critical ER programs, combining leadership, legal knowledge, and strategic alignment with Talent priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in employee relations
• Experience leading strategic ER initiatives
• Knowledge of Australia and NZ employment law

Responsibilities

• Lead operational ER delivery across Oceania ER, overseeing case management and processes.
• Provide people leadership across the ER team, fostering safety and development.
• Oversee complex ER matters and align with Talent strategy and risk management
