GHD is seeking an experienced People Business Partner in Auckland. This part-time role (0.6 FTE) supports business leaders with strategic HR initiatives and complex employee relations across a diverse portfolio.

Reporting to the Regional People Leader, you will shape leadership experiences, develop people strategies, and drive initiatives using data and technology, including AI, to improve outcomes for our people and business.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Experience managing complex people matters including grievances, investigations and performance processes.
• Strategic, commercial mindset with ability to translate strategy into practical plans.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Coach and support leaders through employee relations matters and organisational change.
• Build leadership capability to foster high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Lead and contribute to regional and enterprise-wide people initiatives.
• Drive consistency and excellence across the employee experience lifecycle.
• Use data, insights and emerging technologies to inform decisions.
