Job summary

ZIWI is looking for a Group FP&A Manager to connect financial performance with business strategy. Based in our Parnell Office, you will provide a consolidated view of Group performance and deliver financial insight to leadership across international operations.

You'll lead planning, forecasting and scenario analyses, coach stakeholders and build business cases for investments and expansion, driving better decision-making and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or strategic financial planning.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting a complex, multi-entity or international business.
• Understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Ability to connect financial results with operational performance and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group planning and forecasting with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
• Consolidate results across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Analyze SG&A costs and identify efficiencies to improve outcomes.
• Translate financial data into commentary, measures and recommendations for executives.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses and business cases for investments and expansion.
• Partner with leaders across functions to challenge assumptions and allocate resources.
• Support executive and external reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting, and analytics.
• Collaborate with the wider Finance team to maintain consistent methodologies.
