You’ll partner with leaders across Commercial, Marketing, Innovation and Finance to build high-performing teams and drive HR frameworks and processes. You’ll join a fast-paced, growth-driven environment where rolling up your sleeves and delivering impact is valued, including in our global markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing outcomes.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and strategic thinker.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment law.
• Experience with HRIS and people data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support.
• Coach and influence leaders.
• Develop and improve people frameworks, processes and policies.
• Help shape high-performance culture.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate how we work.
• Drive HR projects, including systems upgrades and talent planning.
• Manage employee relations across global markets (Australia, US, China).
