Job summary

Mondiale VGL in New Zealand is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and planning across the group. You will partner with the CFO and regional teams to drive accuracy, challenge assumptions and improve decision making.

Responsibilities include cost-to-serve analysis, capital expenditure evaluation, and building robust financial models to guide strategic investments. The role requires CA qualification and 3+ years in a complex, multi-region environment.

Qualifications

• CA qualification and tertiary accounting background.
• 3+ years in FP&A or business partnering within a complex, multi-region environment.
• Strong financial modelling skills (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• The confidence to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Sharp analytical thinking and ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the roadmap for integrated planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the Group.
• Partner with the Group CFO and regional CFOs to guide executive decisions and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Work with regional finance teams to enhance forecasting processes and outputs.
• Perform cost-to-serve, volume/product/customer mix analyses, and benchmarking against best practice.
