Fonterra Te Mātāpuna is seeking an FP&A Specialist to join the Global Markets finance team. The role focuses on turning data into meaningful insights, partnering with stakeholders to drive business performance, and delivering analysis, planning, forecasting, and reporting across the business unit.

You will undertake complex analysis, contribute to strategic decision-making through financial modelling and scenario analysis, and support improvements to reporting and finance processes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in finance or related field with cross-functional analytical capability.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
• Advanced financial and scenario modelling capability.
• Strong analytical, collaborative and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate financial performance into insights and narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Support med- to long-term financial planning and embed FP&A frameworks.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting cycles with variance analysis and commentary.
• Conduct complex financial analysis, scenario modelling and investment appraisal.
• Support Integrated Business Planning and ensure alignment of financial and operational plans.
• Collaborate across Finance and the wider business to bring financial thinking into decision-making.
