Job summary

Enterprise Limited is seeking an Export Logistics Coordinator for a busy, on-site assignment in Bromley. You will coordinate domestic and international freight from booking to dispatch, and prepare export documentation to ensure accurate, timely shipments.

Ideal candidates have proven export documentation experience (COOs, EDs) and a solid understanding of international freight. You will liaise with carriers, suppliers and internal teams, maintaining records under time pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven export documentation experience with COOs and EDs.
• Understanding of international freight and export compliance.
• Strong communication with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
• Strong spreadsheet and data accuracy under time pressure.
• Available to start immediately and complete assignment.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and police check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international freight, from booking through to dispatch.
• Prepare export documentation, including COOs, Export Declarations, commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Obtain freight quotes, select carriers and manage delays or issues.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers and customs agents.
• Keep customers and internal teams updated on shipment status and stock movements.
• Work with warehouse, production and dispatch on pick/pack and export readiness.
• Maintain freight records, spreadsheets and internal systems.
