Eastern Institute of Technology is seeking a full-time International Enrolment Officer for a fixed-term period in 2027. The role focuses on processing international enrolments, visa compliance, insurance management, and maintaining accurate student financial and enrolment records.

You will work with Registry, the International Centre, academic teams, and other stakeholders to provide excellent support and ensure regulatory compliance for international students.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Managing the processing of international enrolments and maintaining accurate student records.
• Managing international student financial transactions including receipting, coding, reconciliations, refunds, and liaising with agencies regarding payments.
• Supporting students with visa applications, monitoring visa compliance requirements, and maintaining passport/visa information security.
• Processing and maintaining insurance records for international students.
• Building relationships with students, agents, Immigration NZ, and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting Registry and Enrolments functions and contributing to service delivery across EIT campuses.
