Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Process sales, payments, and maintain accurate financial and transactional records.
• Manage telephone and reception duties, including answering calls and taking messages.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier items, ensuring timely distribution.
• Assist with student enrolment processing and data accuracy.
• Support enrolment records, reporting, and updates in the student management system.
• Respond to enrolment-related queries and liaise with staff for timely resolution.
• Assist with fee processing, Study link requirements, and course/programme setup.
