MB Century seeks a Senior Manager - Engineering to direct our global engineering function. You will set strategic direction, govern technical standards, and grow our services across geothermal, hydro, energy, industrial and infrastructure markets.

Reporting to the CEO and on the Senior Leadership Team, you will unify NZ and international teams, elevate quality, and drive new revenue streams through disciplined design and governance.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years' engineering experience in heavy industry, hydro, geothermal, industrial, infrastructure or related sectors.
• At least 5 years in leadership positions managing engineering teams, ideally multidisciplinary.
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Process, Civil or Electrical Engineering; Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success leading engineering organisations across multiple locations or countries.
• Strong commercial and business development experience, with a track record of implementing engineering governance frameworks and best-practice design systems.
• Proven ability to lead organisational change and business transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Set and deliver MB Century's global engineering strategy.
• Lead the integration of New Zealand and international engineering teams into a single coordinated operating model.
• Act as custodian of engineering standards, technical quality and engineering assurance across the organisation.
• Oversee engineering delivery performance across all business units, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality.
• Lead the development of new engineering service offerings across geothermal, hydro, energy, industrial and infrastructure markets.
• Manage engineering business performance, including revenue, utilisation, profitability and growth.
• Build a world-class engineering and design organisation, with structured development pathways for engineers and designers.
