Xero Limited is seeking an Affiliates Manager to own the strategy and daily management of its global affiliate channel across Xero and Melio. You’ll nurture publisher relationships end-to-end and shape campaigns that drive new customers and improve lifetime value and first-time payers.

Working with Impact and PartnerStack, you’ll manage a multi-million dollar channel, identify tracking and incrementality improvements with engineers and data scientists, and help scale acquisition with AI-powered

Qualifications

• Hands-on affiliate marketing experience at scale across global programs.
• Experience running programmes on Impact or PartnerStack platforms.
• Strong grasp of tracking, attribution and incrementality with engineers.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with publishers, partners and stakeholders.
• Experience owning budgets and hitting commercial targets.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to test new tools for scaling.
