Xero is seeking an Affiliates Manager to own the strategy and day-to-day management of our global affiliate channel across the Xero and Melio brands. You’ll cultivate publisher relationships end to end and shape campaigns focused on customer lifetime value and first-time payers.

You’ll work with Impact, PartnerStack, and our tech teams to ensure tracking, attribution and incrementality translate into scalable growth and clear returns for the business.

Formación

• Hands-on affiliate marketing experience at scale.
• Experience with Impact or PartnerStack platforms.
• Strong tracking, attribution and incrementality knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and hit targets.
• Ability to translate data into insights for publishers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy and day-to-day management of the affiliate channel across Xero and Melio brands.
• Collaborate with product, data science, engineering and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Shape campaigns to optimise for lifetime value and first-time payers.
