Job summary

Xero is looking for an Affiliates Manager to own the global affiliate strategy and day-to-day management across the Xero and Melio brands. You will cultivate publisher relationships, shape campaigns for new customers, and drive ROI through tracking, attribution, and incrementality.

You’ll work with Impact and PartnerStack, setting a roadmap that scales acquisition with AI-powered tools and automated workflows. Hybrid, global team collaboration, and measured returns are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on affiliate marketing experience at scale.
• Experience running programmes on platforms like Impact or PartnerStack.
• Strong grasp of tracking, attribution and incrementality.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on with affiliate platforms (Impact for Xero and PartnerStack for Melio) and the tracking/reporting behind them.
• Review performance and attribution data across programmes and close tracking gaps.
• Grow and nurture high-quality publisher partnerships across core markets.
• Shape the channel roadmap, including AI-powered tools and automation to scale acquisition.
