Job summary

Xero is seeking an Affiliates Manager to own the strategy and day-to-day management of the global affiliate channel across Xero and Melio brands. You’ll nurture publisher relationships, shape campaigns and optimise for lifetime value and first-time payers, working with Impact and PartnerStack.

You’ll partner with product, data science, engineering, and external agencies to build scalable tools and workflows, including AI-powered tracking and attribution improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on affiliate marketing experience at scale.
• Experience running programmes on Impact or PartnerStack.
• Ability to translate data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and day-to-day management of global affiliate channel across Xero and Melio.
