Job summary

Xero is seeking an Affiliates Manager to own the strategy and day‑to‑day management of the global affiliate channel across Xero and Melio. You’ll nurture publisher relationships, shape campaigns for lifetime value and first-time payers, and drive measurable returns.

Collaborating with Impact and PartnerStack, you’ll work with product, data science, engineering, brand and our external affiliate agency to scale growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on affiliate marketing experience at scale across programmes.
• Experience running programmes on Impact or PartnerStack platforms.
• Strong grasp of tracking, attribution, measurement and incrementality.
• Ability to build trusted publisher/partner relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience owning budgets and commercial targets.
• Curiosity about AI and testing new tools to scale the channel.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and day-to-day management of Xero's global affiliate channel.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists and external agencies to track, attribute and incrementality.
• Shape campaigns across Xero and Melio to drive lifetime value and first payments.
• Grow publisher partnerships across core markets and shape the channel roadmap.
