Fulton Hogan in Whangārei is seeking 3 TMO General Workers to support traffic control and maintenance in the TTM space ahead of the busy season.

These hands-on roles suit physically fit people who enjoy practical outdoor work and learning on the job. You’ll work with the STMS, pilot driver, and crew to keep worksites safe and moving.

Responsibilities

• Support the crew with traffic control duties across patrol and TM activities.
• Undertake a mix of general maintenance and labouring tasks as directed by Foreperson or crew leader.
• Work alongside STMS as a wing-person, supporting TMO and pilot driver duties when required.
• Participate in pre-starts, risk planning, and day-to-day site safety conversations.
• Maintain safe, tidy sites and follow company processes.

We’re on the hunt for 3 TMO (General Workers) to work in the TTM space for WDC patrol crews and TM crews ahead of the busy upcoming season.

These are hands‑on roles suited to people who are physically fit and happy to get stuck into a mix of maintenance activities, with a strong focus on traffic control duties. You’ll work closely with the STMS in the crew, supporting as a TMO, pilot driver, and general team member where needed.
