Fulton Hogan Ltd in Invercargill is seeking hands-on traffic management personnel to safely set up and manage temporary traffic controls on local projects. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and practical outdoor work.

You will follow plans, coordinate with crews and clients, and participate in specialist activities such as events, traffic signals, and roadmarking. A strong work ethic and readiness to train toward STMS/TMO certification are essential.

Formación

• Hold a current Class 1 driver’s licence (Class 2 is a bonus).
• Be an STMS/STMS Trainee or TMO actively working towards certification, further training will be given if required.
• Bring a strong work ethic, enjoy physical activity, and thrive in a team that values safety, initiative, and a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Follow approved traffic management plans to safely set up, maintain, alter, and remove temporary traffic management (TTM) systems.
• Collaborate closely with crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Assist with specialist traffic management activities, including event management, traffic signals, sealing operations, roadmarking, and traffic control.
• Direct traffic flow safely and effectively while maintaining clear communication with your team through radio communications.
• Promote and maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards on all worksites.
