Bidfood Auckland North invites you to join the Future Leader Cadet Programme, a 12-month development path designed to rotate you through key branches and functions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, and Delivery, while being mentored by leaders and supported with structured learning objectives.

Qualifications

Hold a full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence.
Eligible to work in New Zealand.
Willing to work across various operational departments.
Able to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional night shifts.

Responsibilities

Rotate through operational departments including Customer Service & Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, and Dispatch.
Gain exposure to branch operations and develop skills in sales, supply chain, logistics, teamwork and leadership.
Learn across business systems with mentoring from branch leaders.
Contribute to real business improvements during rotations.
