Job summary

Bidfood Auckland North is offering a structured 12‑month Future Leader Cadet Programme designed to identify and develop future leaders through hands‑on experience across key areas of the business, with mentoring, practical learning and exposure to branch leadership.

You’ll rotate through departments such as Customer Service & Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations and Dispatch/Delivery, gaining skills in sales, supply chain, logistics, teamwork and planning while learning from senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Holds a full New Zealand Class 1 Driver License.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand.
• Willing to work across various operational departments and shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to build a long-term career with Bidfood.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Customer Service and Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, and Dispatch/Class 1 Delivery Driving.
• Develop skills in sales/relationship management, supply chain, logistics, teamwork and leadership, planning and organisation.
• Receive training in business systems and learn from branch leaders.
• Contribute to real business improvements during rotations.

What You’ll Be Doing

During the programme, you’ll rotate through a range of operational departments, including:

• Have reliable transport to and from work
