Bidfood Auckland North invites you to join the Future Leader Cadet Programme, a 12-month development path designed to rotate you through key branches and functions. Whether a new graduate or experienced, this programme builds leadership and commercial skills and aims to accelerate your path to future opportunities

Qualifications

• Hold a full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand.
• Willing to work across various operational departments.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through operational departments including Customer Service & Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, and Dispatch.
• Gain exposure to branch operations and develop skills in sales, supply chain, logistics, teamwork and leadership.
• Learn across business systems with mentoring from branch leaders.
• Contribute to real business improvements during rotations.

This structured 12-month development programme is designed to identify and develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience across key areas of our business, supported by mentoring, practical learning, and exposure to branch leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

During the programme, you'll rotate through a range of operational departments, including:

• Customer Service and Sales
• Purchasing
• Warehouse Operations
• Dispatch/Class 1 Delivery Driving

You'll gain exposure to all aspects of branch operations and develop valuable skills in:

• Sales and relationship management
• Supply chain and purchasing
• Logistics and warehouse operations
• Teamwork and leadership
• Planning and organisation

You'll also receive training in a variety of business systems and spend time learning from leaders across the branch.

• Have reliable transport to and from work
