Job summary

Hōhepa Canterbury is seeking experienced Support Workers for full-time roles across services in Christchurch. You will support people with daily routines, personal cares, meals, and household tasks, while promoting independence, dignity, and community participation.

Join a 24/7 organisation with varied shifts (day, split, sleepover) and a commitment to person-centred support. NZ full driver’s license and ability to work in New Zealand required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting people in the disability, health, mental health, aged care, education, or community support sectors.
• Ability to build positive relationships and work with diverse groups.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
