Hōhepa Canterbury is seeking Support Workers to join our Christchurch team on part-time shifts across our services. You will support people with daily routines, personal cares, and community participation, using a person-centred approach.

We offer fixed rosters, strong team support, professional development, NZQF certificate pathway, and discounts; applicants must have a NZ full driver’s licence and be able to work in New Zealand.

Competenze

• Experience supporting people in disability, health, mental health, aged care, education, or community support is preferred but not essential.
• NZQF Health & Wellbeing certificate pathway offered on the job.
• Strong communication, organisation and record-keeping skills required.
