LinkPeople is seeking a Housing Case Worker in Manukau. This full-time role delivers wraparound support to people experiencing homelessness, focusing on housing stability, recovery and wellbeing within the Housing First framework.

You will support vulnerable individuals and families to achieve goals, strengthen whānau connections, and engage with health and social services. The role requires travel and a commitment to cultural safety and ongoing safety checks.

Formación

• Must hold NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or recognised equivalent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Empathy and compassion for diverse communities.
• Cultural awareness with commitment to Māori and Pasifika.
• Know and uphold the Treaty of Waitangi.
• Ability to work at pace with accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Provide wraparound housing support to individuals and whānau.
• Contribute to Housing First service focusing on housing stability and wellbeing.
• Assist clients to achieve goals and build connections with whānau and community.
• Travel within South Auckland as part of the role.
• Support a growing, values-driven team and participate in service development.
