Job summary

LinkPeople is offering a full-time clinical role based in Hamilton focused on developing and managing housing solutions for tangata whaiora and whānau experiencing homelessness. The role integrates health and social services with a community housing approach through the Ahikaroa Housing Central team.

The successful candidate will have a current Annual Practising Certificate and NZ registration, plus expertise in mental health and housing settings.

Qualifications

• Registered health professional with current APC and NZ registration.
• Experience in mental health and social sectors preferred.
• Ability to work in housing and residential recovery services.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate referrals from mental health residential services into independent housing options.
• Identify and address barriers to accessing supported independent living.
• Determine ongoing support needs to help tenants sustain their living situation.
• Collaborate with community providers including health and social services.
