Job summary

Pak’nSave Papakura is seeking a skilled Baker to join our store and deliver high-quality fresh bakery products daily. You’ll contribute to production of bread, pastries, and cakes while upholding food safety and presentation standards in a fast-paced environment.

We value a proactive, team-focused candidate who has bakery and retail experience and is legally allowed to work in New Zealand. The role may include early starts and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Commercial bakery experience preferred.
• Experience in a retail fresh food environment.
• Physically fit to meet daily demands.
• Clear and effective communicator at all levels.
• Commitment to food safety and health & safety policies.
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the busy Bakery department.
• Produce bread, pastries, cakes and sweets to a high standard.
• Ensure quality, food safety and presentation for customers.
• Support a fast-paced team and handle weekend shifts as required.
