Job summary

Damar Industries in Rotorua, NZ is seeking a Six Month Fixed-Term Customer Service Consultant to be the frontline for valued customers, manage orders, resolve queries, and support operations with accuracy and care during our busy season.

You will liaise with Sales, Logistics and Manufacturing to ensure orders are fulfilled on time, handle calls, data entry, and deliver high-quality service while maintaining attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2+ years in call centre or similar customer service experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong data entry skills are advantageous.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, process orders accurately in our ERP system, and provide updates on order statuses.
• Support the Sales team and resolve customer queries and delivery discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehousing and manufacturing to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Identify process improvements and support development of department procedures.
