Auror is hiring a full-stack Software Engineer (Frontend Leaning) to join the Risk Detection stream in Product Engineering in Auckland. You’ll evolve the detection systems and build features that turn high-volume signals into accurate detections for retailers and law enforcement.

You’ll work with React/TypeScript on a modern frontend, collaborate with Product and Design, and contribute to backend work in C#/.NET when needed, while embracing AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building frontend web apps with React and TypeScript.
• Familiar with backend services in C#/.NET when needed.
• Strong collaboration with product/design teams.
• Good testing, performance, accessibility mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing experiences across Auror’s Risk Detection features.
• Use React/TypeScript to deliver accessible, responsive UX.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to understand user problems.
• Own defined problems from development to production.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and investigate issues.
