Job summary

PAK'nSAVE Rangiora is seeking a confident Customer Services Assistant Manager to help lead our busy front-end operation. You will support the Customer Service Manager and Online Manager, lead from the front, develop the team, and help ensure our customers have a fantastic shopping experience every time.

This permanent, 40-hour-per-week role includes one weekend shift. We offer life insurance, discounted local gym memberships and a full uniform.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current New Zealand Liquor Controller Qualification (LCQ).
• Must hold General Manager's Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Service Manager and Online Manager in daily operations.
• Lead from the front to manage the Checkout and Online departments.
• Develop and support the team to maintain high customer service standards.
• Ensure the department runs smoothly across shifts, including weekends.
