Qualifications

• Experience in a Corporate Reception, front-of-house or office coordination role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidential and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, visitors and staff with courteous, professional service.
• Manage front-of-house operations and visitor sign-in.
• Answer and direct internal/external calls via NZ Phone Pool.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering and client meetings.
• Support office functions, supplies, mail, couriers and facilities.
