You’ll own the process from booking to tracking, staying proactive, and maintaining clear communication with customers. The role offers variety, teamwork, and opportunity to handle air and sea freight across multiple customers.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in freight forwarding with strong import operations knowledge.
• Confident in dealing with customers, overseas offices, agents and service providers.
• Experience with air and sea freight and managing multiple shipments.

Responsibilities

• Manage import shipments from booking to delivery.
• Handle a smaller volume of export shipments by air and sea.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, customers and service providers.
