As Food Services Manager you play a vital role in the wellbeing of our residents by providing high-quality, safe, and appetising meals that meet our resident’s individual nutrition needs.
As part of our leadership team, you will also be responsible for the overall smooth and efficient running of the kitchen service including supply and budget requirements, team management (including roster coordination), compliance with our Food Control Plan, and collaboration with kitchen staffto deliver a first-class experience for our residents. The role requires excellent technical skills and food creativity and will be cooking alongise the kitchen staff. You will also be responsible for the management of the cafe menu and the team within the cafe.
