Job summary

Arvida Bethlehem is seeking a friendly, part-time Kitchen Assistant to join our Kitchen team. You’ll support meal preparation, assemble ingredients, bake and heat items, and help keep the kitchen clean and safe while delivering high-quality service to residents.

Working with a fixed roster, you’ll experience opportunities for development and career progression within a supportive team environment at Arvida, with staff discounts across suppliers and retailers.

• Experience working within a commercial kitchen or similar environment.

We’re looking for a friendly and flexible part-time kitchen assistant to join our fantastic Kitchen team.

The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for delivering efficient food service to our residents and providing a high level of customer service.

You will support the Foodservice Manager through kitchen and meal preparation including assembling and preparing ingredients, baking, cooking, toasting, and heating food items. You will also be responsible for keeping the kitchen and scullery areas clean, tidy, and safe.
