Qualifications

• NZ Diploma or equivalent, OR minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
• RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific country/territory.
• Experience guiding hospitality teams and delivering guest-focused service.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you are at the forefront of creating a variety of dining experiences that showcase exceptional taste and service. Your main goal is to guide a unified team, guaranteeing the flawless execution of food and beverage operations while maintaining the establishment's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Permanent Full-Time

Hours

Minimum 30, Maximum 48 hours

Pay Rate

29-30 NZD per hour

Minimum Experience/Qualifications

NZ Diploma or equivalent, OR minimum 3 years’ relevant experience

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitably and food sector
• Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Familiar and well-versed across diverse food & beverage settings and have flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
• Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals
