Job summary

Peppers Bluewater Resort, overlooking Lake Tekapo, New Zealand, seeks a Food & Beverage Attendant to warmly welcome guests and guide them through our culinary offerings. You will help create memorable experiences across outlets and events.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience in hospitality, RSA certification, and a passion for guest engagement. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is valued; Accor benefits support growth and development.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service within hospitality.
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols including table service, beverages, events and coffee crafting.
• Adaptable across schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• RSA or equivalent qualification required.

Overlooking scenic Lake Tekapo, in the heart of New Zealand's central South Island, is Peppers Bluewater Resort. The resort is comprised of one, two and three bedroom suites and villas set amongst the purest natural landscape of Mt Cook & Mackenzie region. Guests can enjoy stunning views from Rakinui Restaurant & Bar and experience the farm to table dining concept. Many a special event has taken place at Peppers Bluewater with the team creating bespoke weddings and conferences. On your days off immerse yourself in the peaceful lifestyle by enjoying the abundance of relaxing activities Lake Tekapo has to offer such as horse-riding, hot pools and stargazing.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will have the wonderful opportunity to warmly welcome our guests and accompany them on a delightful journey through our culinary offerings. Your expertise will shine as you recommend standout dishes and beverages, showcasing your mastery in all things delicious. Skills And Experience

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting skills (strongly valued)
• Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
